Presales Enterprise Architect

📋 Description

• In the role of Presales Enterprise Architect, the individual will concentrate on the overall IT architecture of customers at a strategic level, aligning with their business objectives, long-term technical requirements, and limitations.

• The Enterprise Architect will design and propose solutions aimed at addressing enterprise-wide initiatives, frequently spanning multiple domains, departments, or systems.

• The focus of the Enterprise Architect is to understand how various solutions integrate to support the overall business strategy and scalability throughout the organization.

• The presales Enterprise Architect is expected to align customer strategic roadmaps, OEM strategic roadmaps, and Blue Mantis product roadmaps by collaborating closely with practice managers, principals, and leadership to ensure ongoing relevance within the current customer base as well as market entry strategies.

• The Enterprise Architect will advocate for and promote Blue Mantis at customer events, industry gatherings, and symposiums as a proficient public speaker, capable of engaging with both C-suite executives and hands-on engineers simultaneously.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT architecture, particularly in enterprise solutions within a pre-sales or consulting role.

• Previous experience with managed services providers (MSP) or systems integrators (SI) is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in collaborating with large enterprise clients to design comprehensive IT solutions.

• Expertise in enterprise IT architecture, encompassing cloud computing, networking, storage, virtualization, cybersecurity, unified communications, and data management.

• A thorough understanding of infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS) models.

• Experience with technologies from Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, Aruba, HP, Dell, VMware, Nutanix, and Pure Storage.

• A deep understanding of enterprise networking and security technologies.

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).

• Skilled in designing multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.

• Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

• Proven track record in developing solution architectures for various sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and retail.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco CCIE, VMware VCP, TOGAF).

• ITIL or other service management framework certifications are advantageous.
