Presales Engineer – Channel, HPE Networking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in the ongoing expansion of our HPE Networking practice

• Work closely with channel partners and Partner Account Managers

• Serve as a reliable technical consultant

• Cultivate and sustain comprehensive technical expertise across the full HPE Networking portfolio

• Educate partners on Solution Design & Validation

• Offer technical support related to SKUs, licensing, and escalate issues to technical support

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in networking infrastructure, engineering, or technical consulting positions

• Previous experience in pre-sales, systems engineering, or technical account support is preferred

• Strongly desired background in network design, deployment, services, or technical enablement

• Relevant vendor certifications (Aruba, Juniper, or both)

• In-depth understanding of network architecture and design principles

• Practical experience with wireless networking, switching, routing, firewalls, NAC, SD-WAN, data center networking, and cloud management platforms
