Presales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and develop solutions tailored to clients’ technical needs

• Participate in pre-sales technical consultation

• Assist with responses to RFPs

• Design and deliver technical and product presentations

• Actively seek opportunities to enhance the presales processes

• Provide support to the Professional Services team

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally 4+ years of experience in a client-facing position

• Expertise in Microsoft Voice Technologies and Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and related web technologies, along with integrating third-party APIs

• Experience in implementing and supporting technology solutions based on Microsoft Voice technologies

• Dedicated to keeping current with emerging technologies
