• Ideally, 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing position.
• Expertise in Microsoft Voice Technologies and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and related web technologies, as well as integrating third-party APIs.
• Experience in implementing and supporting technology solutions grounded in Microsoft Voice technologies.
• Dedication to keeping abreast of emerging technologies to provide industry-leading service offerings.
