Presales Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect client specifications to ascertain the most effective technical solutions.

• Perform pre-sales product demonstrations and assess proof of concepts.

• Recognize and develop solutions catering to clients’ technical needs.

• Participate in pre-sales technical consultancy, offering support throughout all phases of the presales process.

• Assist with responses to RFPs.

• Design and deliver technical and product presentations.

• Actively seek opportunities to enhance presales processes and improve team documentation.

• Collaborate with the Professional Services team by providing precise technical requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing position.

• Expertise in Microsoft Voice Technologies and Microsoft 365.

• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and related web technologies, as well as integrating third-party APIs.

• Experience in implementing and supporting technology solutions grounded in Microsoft Voice technologies.
