Pre/Post Sales Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Present Gremlin during customer calls and webinars

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve technical victories and expand Gremlin’s customer base

• Engage in and lead proof-of-concept initiatives with prospective clients

• Inform potential clients about Reliability and Chaos Engineering

• Work alongside current customers on technical projects and support troubleshooting efforts

• Advise customers on the resilience of their applications and architecture, identify gaps, and propose solutions

• Take part in technical workshops and conferences

• Work together with various departments within the company, including Product Marketing, Support, and Engineering

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect in a technology firm

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Practical experience with:

• Kubernetes Platforms, both Managed and Unmanaged (AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift, Rancher)

• Certification as a Kubernetes Administrator is an advantage

• Linux - proficiency in Shell scripting, with a Certified Linux Administrator credential being a plus

• Understanding of Containers and Container Runtimes

• Knowledge of Operating Systems concepts (CPU, Memory, and Networking)

• Familiarity with:

• Observability solutions - Application Performance Management

• Load Testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Grafana K6)

• CI/CD and Automation Tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible)

• Service Mesh (e.g., Istio), REST APIs, and associated tools

• Acquaintance with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go

• Certification and experience with one or more public cloud providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
