This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Deliver online classes covering both the common curriculum and the specific content.

• Explain the regulations of the public and railway sectors using real case studies from ADIF.

• Prepare psychometric tests and English B1/B2 tailored for examination purposes.

• Develop test-type questions and simulations in the actual format.

• Prepare competency-based professional interview sessions for Technician profiles.

• Provide guidance on the merit scoring system and the choice between Technical Manager and Technician roles.

• Offer mentoring to candidates specializing in this field.

• Create materials such as outlines, summaries, and short videos.

• Submit a one-minute presentation video as part of the application process.

• Conduct a recorded class of no more than 5 minutes as a demonstration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a professional from ADIF who has successfully completed the entrance process as either a Technical Manager or Technician in any of the specified specialties.

• Experience as a preparer for these competitive exams.

• Specialization in regulations pertaining to the public and railway sectors.

• Ability to prepare competency-based professional interviews for Technician profiles.

• Capacity to teach and support candidates with a university background.

• Proficiency in digital tools.

• Familiarity with the regular use of AI is valued.

• Specialists in psychometric tests and English levels B1 and B2 are also sought.
