This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Deliver outstanding Customer Service as a Specialist in Premium Support.
• Assume responsibility for cases, ensuring thorough resolution while building strong relationships with users.
• Engage with customers via all existing and future communication channels.
• Exhibit a sense of ownership and sound judgment in all interactions.

• Proficient in both English and French.
• High-level expertise in spoken and written communication in both languages.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in diverse customer service teams, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Availability to work during weekends, public holidays, and early morning or evening shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Empathy and patience in customer interactions, especially in stressful situations.
• Relocation assistance is offered for candidates relocating from other countries.
