This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Provide support for the CMiC application across Finance, Job Costing, Project Management, Procurement, and Payroll modules.
• Identify and resolve configuration issues, data inconsistencies, workflow disruptions, and process errors.
• Assist end users with navigation in CMiC, module functionalities, and inquiries related to business processes.
• Differentiate between user errors, configuration problems, and application defects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues, including user account lifecycle management, role assignments, and permissions.
• Utilize SQL to analyze issues and verify outputs within the ERP data environment.
• Maintain and support integrations between CMiC and related systems such as Textura, Concur, Prophix, CorPay, DocuSign, and ClearStory.
• Provide support for downstream analytics or reporting platforms like Power BI.
• Document problems, root causes, and resolutions in a well-structured knowledge base.
• Recognize recurring patterns that necessitate permanent solutions or process enhancements.
• Support project, finance, and operations teams utilizing the CMiC platform.
• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Business, Construction Management, or a related field, along with 2 years of experience or a demonstrated equivalent in experience and/or education.
• Experience in supporting or administering a construction ERP platform; preference for CMiC experience.
• Relevant ERP experience with Viewpoint, Procore Financials, Sage 300 CRE, or similar systems may be considered.
• Proficient in SQL, including the ability to write queries, investigate data, and validate results in Oracle or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with CMiC Financials, Job Costing, Project Management, and/or Procurement modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to trace issues from the user interface back to data or configuration root causes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders while communicating clearly.
• Must possess US employment authorization; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment substance abuse test.
