This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Secure premium hospitality and ticket-inclusive experiences across designated EMEA regions and target markets for the LA28 Olympic Games.
• Meet and surpass personal revenue goals by converting qualified inbound inquiries and implementing proactive outbound prospecting techniques.
• Facilitate deal closures through effective needs analysis, solution presentation, handling objections, and negotiation.
• Respond swiftly to incoming requests from individuals, corporations, and agencies, converting interest into confirmed sales.
• Implement structured outbound sales campaigns aimed at targeted companies, accounts, and high-net-worth individuals within specified EMEA markets.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, focusing on high-probability opportunities and progressing them through the sales funnel.
• Cultivate an in-depth understanding of assigned EMEA markets, including cultural differences, purchasing behaviors, and corporate hospitality trends.
• Execute market-specific sales strategies that align with regional revenue goals and global premium sales objectives.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond the transaction.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that meet client objectives and budget constraints.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from the initial contact to contract execution and the collection of deposits/payments.
• Accurately record all activities, forecasts, and stages of deals in CRM systems.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline status, forecasts, and performance metrics to sales leadership.
• Collaborate closely with global premium sales leadership and support teams to align on pricing, inventory, and market strategies.
• Partner with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure that sold products are delivered as promised.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of demonstrated closing experience in sales, preferably within sports, hospitality, travel, luxury, or live events.
• Proven success in converting inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting in international or multi-market contexts.
• Experience in selling high-value, premium, or complex products to senior decision-makers.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently across different time zones and manage a geographically diverse clientele.
• Readiness to work non-traditional hours to support EMEA markets and global sales requirements.
