πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee the complete lifecycle of relationships with liquidity providers β€” from identifying and onboarding to ongoing improvement and growth across all product areas.

β€’ Negotiate commercial agreements, fee arrangements, and service level agreements with Tier-1 and Tier-2 market makers, OTC desks, algorithmic trading firms, and emerging RWA liquidity providers.

β€’ Track and evaluate liquidity quality metrics (spread, depth, fill rates) across spot, perpetuals, prediction contracts, and RWA instruments; collaborate with providers to enhance execution performance continuously.

β€’ Identify and onboard specialized liquidity providers for prediction markets (event contracts, binary outcomes) and tokenized RWA products, establishing a new category of institutional flow on the platform.

β€’ Direct the liquidity strategy for Crypto.com's prediction markets product β€” structuring market-making partnerships, defining spread and depth requirements, and onboarding event-contract specialists.

β€’ Develop and oversee RWA liquidity partnerships, including relations with tokenized asset issuers, broker-dealers, and institutional counterparties engaged in on-chain fixed income, equities, and commodity-backed tokens.

β€’ Collaborate with the Product and Trading teams to set liquidity requirements for new RWA and prediction market listings, ensuring strong, resilient order books from Day 1.

β€’ Act as the internal expert on prediction market microstructure and RWA trading dynamics, providing guidance to leadership on partnership strategies and market development.

β€’ Define and implement a global strategy for liquidity acquisition and retention aligned with the company's growth goals, product roadmap, and expansion into prediction markets and RWA trading.

β€’ Establish and achieve quarterly and annual revenue, volume, and spread targets related to liquidity provider activity across spot, derivatives, prediction contracts, and tokenized asset products.

β€’ Work closely with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, API integration, and regulatory compliance across all product lines.

β€’ Act as the internal advocate for liquidity providers β€” promoting platform enhancements, new trading pairs (including RWA and prediction pairs), and infrastructure upgrades that attract and retain high-quality flow. Collaborate with the Institutional Sales and OTC teams to provide a cohesive client experience for high-value counterparties.

β€’ Maintain extensive knowledge of global market microstructure, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics across centralized and decentralized venues β€” focusing particularly on emerging prediction market platforms (e.g., Kalshi, Polymarket) and RWA issuance ecosystems.

β€’ Represent the company at industry conferences, institutional roundtables, FIA Expo, and partner events to enhance brand positioning and broaden the liquidity provider pipeline.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3–8 years of experience in client coverage, sales trading, institutional sales, or market-maker relationship management at an exchange, broker-dealer, FCM, prime broker, market maker, or crypto trading venue.

β€’ Direct experience in covering or trading at least two of the following: spot, listed derivatives (futures/options), perps, prediction/event contracts, RWAs, tokenized products.

β€’ Knowledge of Regulated Market Structure: Comprehensive understanding of traditional financial frameworks (FCM, DCM, DCO, MiFID II) and their distinctions from offshore crypto venues.

β€’ Experience managing a live client book, with effective pipeline hygiene, retention strategies, and familiarity with post-trade workflows (settlement, margin calls, breaks).

β€’ Comfortable working in fast-paced Slack/Telegram environments with HFT/prop clients who expect rapid response times during market hours.
