This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Technical identification of needs
• Conduct in-depth sessions with potential clients to understand their pain points, existing technology stack, integration requirements, security constraints, and compliance obligations
• Develop customized configurations, integration approaches, and implementation pathways considering product capabilities and client specifics
• Deliver tailored demonstrations in a storytelling format, adapted to the client's industry, their workflows, and the audience of decision-makers
• Define success criteria, manage the scope of work, coordinate technical implementation, and ensure product alignment with the client's environment
• Create ROI models, TCO calculations, and business cases to justify purchase decisions
• Prepare technical sections of proposals with precise descriptions of product capabilities
• Relay critical deal requirements, competitive gaps, and market signals to product management and development teams
• 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams
• Stakeholder engagement: experience in building trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector: understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulatory requirements, and industry challenges
• Technical expertise: knowledge or experience with relevant technologies, platforms, and software used in the pharmaceutical field
• Solution design: ability to support the development of customized solutions that meet client needs
• Data analysis: advanced analytical skills for interpreting data and forming actionable insights
• Client interaction: excellent client-facing skills, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships
• Strategic thinking: ability to think strategically and align solutions with the client’s long-term goals
• Problem-solving: advanced problem-solving skills to overcome client challenges and develop effective solutions
• Project management: strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Presentation skills: ability to deliver compelling presentations and training sessions to clients
• Proposal writing: advanced skills in preparing detailed and persuasive commercial proposals
