Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Recognize the value proposition for our enterprise clients, create value propositions, solution proposals, and statements of work by analyzing and gathering business requirements from large and complex client environments, as well as conducting necessary research to develop comprehensive and precise technical solution proposals based on client needs.

• Prepare effort and cost assessments for custom engineering and modernization projects, CX solution implementations, customizations, integrations, and support services.

• Design overall solutions, including high-level designs, technical blueprints, statements of work, and service designs for both CX and non-CX domains.

• Enhance sales engineering efficacy by identifying immediate and long-term issues that need resolution; provide relevant information and insights for discussions; recommend options and strategies; and implement directives.

• Assist marketing and delivery teams with knowledge transfer and technical requests as appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in mathematics, computer science, software development, or information technology is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, professional services, technical consulting, or solution architecture roles.

• Expertise in contemporary architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven systems, API-first design, and containerization.

• Familiarity with Customer Experience (CX) technologies or enterprise customer engagement platforms (e.g., Genesys, NICE, or similar) is highly desirable, though primary expertise should lie in modern software engineering and enterprise solution architecture.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage directly with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Proven experience in client interactions, pre-sales engagements, customer workshops, and solution development processes.

• Capability to excel in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
