Pre-Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Creating, organizing, planning, and delivering impactful proof of concept demonstrations.

• Ensuring that the solutions articulated in the Statement of Work adhere to best practices and meet client specifications.

• Collaborating closely with the Sales team to facilitate the successful completion of the sales process.

• Coordinating with the Support, Success, and Delivery departments to relay client feedback regarding product requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science degree or a college qualification in software engineering or computer science.

• Strong knowledge of Software Consultation and/or SaaS, API, and AI platforms.

• Proficiency in various software development languages and methodologies (e.g., Java, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, GraphQL, etc.).

• Ability to be client-oriented and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.

• Proven experience in fast-paced settings and meeting deadlines for company and client Service Requests.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Self-aware, driven, coachable, and capable of collaborating effectively with all team members.

• Experience with HR/Finance data integrations (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with Oracle HCM, Taleo, Workday, ADP, Greenhouse HR, Bamboo HR (Nice to Have).

• Proficient in French, with both verbal and written communication skills (Nice to Have).
