• Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with clients and essential stakeholders.

• Follow up on customer inquiries and serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Boost sales revenue and profitability; achieve or surpass sales goals and financial plans.
• Engage with clients, prospects, partners, and affiliates both in-person and virtually.
• Comprehend client needs and craft customized, replicable, and scalable proposals.
• Direct customer-related initiatives and manage account performance from start to finish.
• Assist the AM/Pre-Sales team in business growth and mentor junior team members.
• Actively propose new projects and investigate opportunities in emerging markets.
• Learn, adopt, and advocate for TBP/TPS/JKK principles and report BNFF (Bad News First and Fast).
• Over 5 years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, or sales within the IT sector.
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales, account management, or customer success positions.
• Background in the automotive industry is highly beneficial.
• Previous experience with large industrial conglomerates is a significant advantage.
• Strong knowledge of EU regulations and best practices regarding Data and AI Security.
• Good project management experience with proficiency in relevant tools and methodologies.
• Proven experience working in diverse, international settings.
• Exceptional ability to establish and maintain lasting business relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Highly organized, capable of handling multiple priorities concurrently.
• Independent, assertive, and a collaborative team player.

• Creative and persuasive with strong skills in influencing stakeholders.
