Pre-Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and collaborate with the Sales team on all technical pre-sales activities.

• Assist in account penetration strategies and pre-sales execution.

• Create physical security solutions that meet customer and regulatory standards.

• Present technical information, demonstrations, and training sessions.

• Ensure complete adherence to SERA (Dubai) and AMCC (Abu Dhabi) regulations.

• Serve as a technical resource for partners and clients.

• Propel business growth through various technical initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales, security engineering, or related fields.

• In-depth technical expertise in physical security systems (CCTV, Access Control – BOH & FOH).

• Familiarity with UAE local authority regulations.

• Proficient in English at C1 level or fluent (mandatory).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
