This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with potential clients to collect both technical and business requirements during discovery meetings.
• Configure and tailor the product, including AI/NLP models, data connectors, and Generative AI workflows, to align with customer specifications and enhance business value.
• Modify and enhance the standard user experience (UX/UI) to satisfy unique project requirements.
• Set up and deliver customized demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that illustrate the value of our technology and correspond to prospective use cases.
• Provide guidance to potential clients on best practices for enterprise search, AI utilization, and data access strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Sinequa’s offerings, security protocols, and integration capabilities.
• Clearly communicate the technical advantages and features of the product in line with customer use cases.
• Analyze and comprehend customer data environments (both on-premises and cloud) to ensure smooth integration and adequate content enrichment.
• Offer technical insights during RFP/RFI processes and answer prospect inquiries.
• Effectively communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
• Conduct technical workshops and Q&A sessions to educate clients and enhance their understanding of the product.
• Lead technical pre-sales efforts such as product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) cycles, customized for customer industries and scenarios.
• Serve as a trusted consultant throughout the technical evaluation phase.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to assist in complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, including technical discovery, solution design, and high-level presentations.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure successful implementations, adherence to SLAs, and continuous value delivery.
• Represent the customer's voice by engaging cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and R&D to influence roadmap priorities, address challenges, and advocate for feature improvements.
• Confidently customize technical presentations and demonstrations across various sectors.
• Manage multiple active opportunities at different sales cycle stages while adapting to customer needs and rapidly changing technical environments.
• Contribute to the advancement of our specialized solutions in key industries such as private equity, legal, and consulting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technical field (CS/IS/IT, Engineering) from an accredited institution.
• Over 5 years of experience in an engineering or technical position.
• Experience in a client-facing role (with internal or external customers) or a strong desire to engage closely with clients.
• Strong teamwork abilities, with an appreciation for timely and effective problem-solving.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Technical curiosity and a hands-on approach – eagerness to learn new technologies and an understanding of underlying mechanics.
• Capability to comprehend and troubleshoot code written in Angular and at least one backend programming language (e.g., C#, Java, or C++).
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Comfortable navigating and understanding systems within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows and Azure Cloud Services.

• Experience with search engines, relevancy tuning, or large-scale indexing.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Background in legal, private equity, M&A, or consulting is advantageous.
• Experience in configuring or demonstrating AI Assistant functionality.
• Proficiency in French.
