This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with the Growth team to discover potential companies and new market opportunities.
• Conduct calls to uncover business prospects.
• Execute strategic outreach and initiate preliminary discussions.
• Comprehend the needs and challenges of potential clients and succinctly present our solutions.
• Partner with the sales team effectively.
• Maintain and update contact information and interaction records within the sales system (CRM).
• Monitor performance metrics.
• Comfortable engaging in phone conversations with individuals.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.
• Basic proficiency in systems (Excel, CRM) and productivity tools (Trello, Kanban).
• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Proactive and self-sufficient.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-driven with the capability to work towards objectives.
• Ability to carry out strategic outreach and establish phone contacts.
• Previous experience in sales or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
• Familiarity with technology or HR companies.
• Understanding of B2B sales or SaaS/B2B business models.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnels.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques (SPIN Selling, mental triggers, NLP, rapport-building, and negotiation techniques).
