Pre-Sales Analyst – Telecom

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on analyzing product compliance to ensure adherence to relevant standards and regulations;

• Support clients throughout the homologation process and in maintaining telecommunications product certifications;

• Monitor deadlines and coordinate activities with testing laboratories and certification bodies to guarantee regulatory compliance;

• Collect technical requirements for Anatel certification of telecommunications products, including mobile phones, xDSL modems, restricted radiation transceivers, private branch exchanges (PBXs), network interconnection equipment, optical and coaxial cables, antennas, and more;

• Offer technical assistance, addressing client inquiries and providing information about certification while collaborating with commercial and administrative teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field, either completed or in progress;

• At least 1 year of experience in certification processes and/or related areas;

• Proficiency in Office Suite and web-based tools;

• Preferred: English language skills.
