This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Prepare and finalize textile print files for production, encompassing repeats, color setup, and technical specifications.
• Accurately scale designs across various sizes while preserving design integrity and proportions.
• Ensure the precision of layered files, including overlays, textures, and distress elements.
• Support color consistency across production formats, from digital to physical outputs.
• Review and modify artwork based on samples and feedback from production.
• Manage and organize files using version control, naming conventions, and adherence to schedules.
• Prioritize multiple projects while upholding standards and meeting deadlines.
• Identify workflow efficiencies and contribute to process enhancements.
• Collaborate with textile design, product development, and production partners to optimize designs for print, scaling, quality, and efficient delivery.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in textile design or pre-production.
• A strong portfolio showcasing professional achievements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Design or a related discipline.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Extensive experience with layered files, overlays, textures, and distressing techniques.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail, accountability, and adherence to schedules.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt swiftly in a high-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the capability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
• Capability to flourish in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
