📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based clinical care to individuals and groups, including patients and their families.

• Utilize measurement-based approaches to guide treatment planning.

• Collaborate and lead efforts with other members of the care team, such as coaches and psychiatrists.

• Provide input on program curricula and training methods.

• Offer insights on the various uses of technology in treatment.

• Stay informed on risk management considerations.

• Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation is completed.

• Engage in initial and ongoing training related to evidence-based and tech-enhanced care delivery.

• Conduct skills or practice groups as assigned; these CBT-focused groups cater to parents and caregivers, emphasizing skill development and application based on the InStride Health curriculum, incorporating elements of ACT and PMT.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provisional / Associate licensure in one of two areas:

• Provisional / Associate Social Work License with a Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.

• Provisional / Associate Counseling License with a Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program.

• OR Pre-Licensed Psychologist with a Ph.D. or PsyD in psychology from an accredited institution.

• A graduate-level clinical internship with therapy training is required.

• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with anxiety and related disorders, is preferred.

• Background in delivering evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT) is preferred.

• Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to embrace new technologies.

• Strong written and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Capacity to be adaptable and responsive, embracing change while working effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

• Culturally aware and responsive to diversity and inclusion.

• Skilled in handling sensitive and confidential information in a manner that fosters trust and confidence.
