This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Offer advanced clinical expertise and hands-on procedural assistance for innovative vascular technologies.
• Provide urgent and high-priority case coverage for PVH carotid procedures, thrombectomy, and the latest vascular therapies.
• Facilitate the adoption and effective use of new technologies by implementing best practices, training, and offering technical support.
• Evaluate customer needs and tackle objections to enhance the value of vascular solutions.
• Collaborate with TDRs and vascular field teams to enhance case support and business performance.
• Assist in market development and strategies for launching new accounts.
• Propel growth, utilization, and reorder activity, particularly in new accounts.
• Provide clinical insights to bolster account strategies and competitive positioning.
• Educate and train physicians, nurses, and clinical personnel through in-service sessions and presentations.
• Offer continuous education and technical support for new product offerings.
• Conduct hospital and clinic visits to advance sales and service goals.
• Lead and facilitate training events and product demonstrations.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clinicians, administrators, and staff.
• Encourage physician adoption through ongoing education and case support.
• Collect feedback on new products and relay insights to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to consignment, inventory, and credentialing standards.
• Provide after-hours case support, including weeknights and weekends as necessary.
• Travel within the assigned territory at least 70% of the time; overnight travel may be required.
• High School Diploma with over 8 years of relevant experience OR
• Associate’s Degree with more than 6 years of relevant experience OR
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Clinical Specialist expertise in carotid, embolic, and/or thrombectomy therapies.
• Experience in supporting the adoption of new therapies and promoting utilization growth.
• Strong knowledge of medical devices and vascular systems.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
