This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Providing outstanding standards of telephone assessments through both video and audio capabilities.

• Delivering diagnoses, recommending self-management techniques, and facilitating referrals within the services.

• Monitoring and following up on complex and red flag cases, escalating to the Clinical Lead when necessary and appropriate.

• Evaluating customer needs and offering suitable advice and support.

• Overseeing customer pathways to achieve optimal clinical outcomes while ensuring cost-effectiveness for the customer.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in the UK.

• Significant experience comparable to a band 6 or 7 physiotherapist in an MSK environment, with a robust history of one-on-one clinical delivery.

• Current knowledge of clinical practice and a demonstrated ability to maintain clinical competence.

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification accredited by the HCPC/CSP.

• Competence in evaluating, planning, and prioritizing workload under demanding timelines.

• Excellent application of clinical expertise with the capacity to respond quickly and decisively.
