Educational Mediator – Occupational Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Address inquiries from students through the platform.

• Oversee inquiries pertaining to every phase of the student academic experience, from enrollment through to graduation.

• Provide clarity on questions and offer support regarding financial and academic issues.

• Actively assist in identifying and resolving student concerns and requests.

• Work effectively to address issues, minimizing their impact and ensuring student satisfaction.

• Contribute positively to team initiatives aimed at achieving the company’s strategic goals.

• Collaborate with peers and various departments to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.

• Guarantee that all interactions are clear, straightforward, and respectful.

• Provide exceptional service that meets students’ academic and financial requirements.

• Resolve challenges efficiently to promote student satisfaction and retention.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve objectives, fostering mutual understanding and cooperation.

• Execute administrative tasks and manage document control effectively.

• Keep documents organized and accessible.

• Establish clear and objective communication with students and suppliers to address issues.

• Exhibit proactivity in problem-solving and seek enhancements in administrative workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

• A postgraduate degree is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to adapt to changes.

• Proactive problem-solving capabilities.

• An innovative mindset, along with commitment, flexibility, adaptability to change, emotional intelligence, creative thinking, ownership mentality, interpersonal skills, and resilience.
