• Active, current, and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• Proven expertise in diagnostic assessment, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with or a willingness to learn and adapt to delivering therapy virtually.
• Strong understanding of the psychosocial dimensions of health and illness.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements.
• Demonstrated strong crisis intervention abilities.
• Prior experience in a mental health clinic or hospital environment.
• Completed a Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university.
