• Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes to attract, evaluate, and onboard physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.

• Proactively reach out to and recruit potential therapists to build relationships, understand their requirements, and assess their suitability for job openings.

• Inform prospective therapists about the personal and professional advantages of pursuing a travel healthcare career.

• Generate leads through a variety of recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.

• Bachelor’s degree.
