📋 Description

• You will assist our Marketing Manager with various operational and creative marketing tasks.

• In this role, you will strategically utilize modern AI tools to create content more quickly, with higher quality, and efficiency.

• You will work independently, contribute your own ideas, and support exciting projects in areas such as content, social media, design, and video.

• AI-driven content creation

• Development of marketing materials including blog articles, social media posts, videos, and website content

• Creation of video scripts and descriptions

• Preparation of LinkedIn posts for Teamsware

• Development of a cohesive LinkedIn design concept and creation of social media templates

• Formulation of design guidelines for future posts

• Assistance with editorial and content planning

• Monitoring market and competitor activities

• Design of visuals, logos, and graphics using AI

• Creation of Canva content such as email banners, LinkedIn graphics, webinar graphics, YouTube thumbnails, and website graphics

• Further development of our visual brand presence

• Editing and cutting of videos

• Creation of YouTube Shorts

• Production of social media videos

• Production of website videos

• Publishing and maintaining YouTube content

• Refinement and optimization of blog articles

• Support for SEO and GEO initiatives

• Keyword research and cleanup

• Maintenance of website content

• Optimization of meta-data and texts

• Assistance with landing pages and campaigns

• Preparation of reference reports and success stories

• Structuring and managing our folder systems

• Support in documenting marketing processes

• Maintenance of our marketing assets and templates

⛳️ Requirements

• You are studying Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or have just graduated.

• You have an interest in online marketing, social media, AI, and digital technologies.

• You already use AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar AIs and are eager to learn how to professionally apply AI in marketing.

• You have a good sense of design and visual communication.

• Initial practical experience with Canva, LinkedIn, video editing software, and content creation tools is required.

• You possess excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
