This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ You will take full responsibility for the entire recruiting process: from creating job postings to reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.
β’ You will actively contribute to the onboarding of new colleagues, ensuring a successful start for them.
β’ You will support online marketing efforts by creating creative content for various social media channels and contribute your own ideas.
β’ You will participate in brief team meetings and collaborate closely with different departments.
β’ You are studying in the fields of Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline β ideally with a focus on HR or Personnel Management.
β’ You are communicative, enjoy working with people, and have a sense for their needs.
β’ You work independently, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
β’ You are eager to tackle new challenges and find creative solutions.
β’ You possess excellent German language skills and good proficiency in English.
β’ Insights into a wide range of HR topics β from recruiting and onboarding to strategic projects.
