This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will take full responsibility for the entire recruiting process: from creating job postings to reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.

• You will actively contribute to the onboarding of new colleagues, ensuring a successful start for them.

• You will support online marketing efforts by creating creative content for various social media channels and contribute your own ideas.

• You will participate in brief team meetings and collaborate closely with different departments.

• You are studying in the fields of Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline – ideally with a focus on HR or Personnel Management.

• You are communicative, enjoy working with people, and have a sense for their needs.

• You work independently, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.

• You are eager to tackle new challenges and find creative solutions.

• You possess excellent German language skills and good proficiency in English.
