Practice Support Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Serves as the main point of contact between sales and clients

• Engages in sales calls as requested by the sales team

• Guarantees the highest level of client satisfaction through a proactive approach

• Documents service requests within the CRM system

• Aids in the creation of client proposals and presentations

• Prepares, generates, and distributes routine reports as required by management

• Oversees the onboarding process for new customers

• Facilitates the resolution of escalated client issues

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred

• A minimum of 3 years of banking experience is necessary

• Basic understanding of products and services, including loans, deposits, and treasury management

• Ability to communicate concepts clearly both verbally and in writing

• Capable of working independently while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks

• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential

• Proficiency in PC software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
