• This position, operating with minimal supervision, manages intricate customer interactions through various channels (email, phone, etc.), delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues using job expertise and available information.
• Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), fully leveraging knowledge of complex Commercial, Treasury Management, and Business Banking products to support services such as Fifth Third Direct, ACH/Wire, EDM, Lockbox, among others.
• Aids in addressing system issues encountered by clients by utilizing mainframe systems, software applications, and CRM / IRIS platforms.
• Efficiently manages time to ensure the completion of assigned complaints/tasks while contributing to the department's established service standards and personal productivity objectives.
• Collaborates effectively with various teams within the Healthcare Banking Vertical, Treasury Management, Central Operations, and Payment Operations divisions.
• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related area, typically acquired through roles as a Client Services Representative in a Commercial Support Center.
• Preferred extensive knowledge of remittance processing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in PC usage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Possesses analytical skills.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
