Practice Success Manager – Mid-Atlantic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Achieve or surpass the quarterly sales targets for the designated territory.

• Conduct hybrid sales presentations through virtual meetings and on-site visits.

• Travel up to 25% within the assigned territory to facilitate client meetings, participate in partner events, and represent the company at industry trade shows.

• Onboard and educate clinic staff on platform functionalities and financial consultation strategies.

• Enhance treatment acceptance rates and boost monthly transaction volumes.

• Update and oversee practice interactions using the PatientFi CRM platform.

• Respond promptly to inquiries and address practice escalations.

• Provide internal feedback as the “Voice of the Practice” to help PatientFi align its products and sales strategies with market demands.

• Generate revenue by onboarding new and existing practice partners and fostering long-term account relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales-related roles.

• Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and being a top performer.

• Demonstrated expertise with a robust sales process.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to effectively overcome objections.

• Strong attention to detail, especially in tracking sales activities within Customer Relationship Management systems.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing processes, systems, and tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of the aesthetic industry or elective medical finance sector.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.

• Candidates must reside in DC.
