• Play a vital role in enhancing Alcon's market share and contact lens penetration within designated top potential accounts by implementing value-added services.
• Conduct training sessions and coordinate educational events in partnership with the Professional Education team.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Business Development Manager by engaging consultatively with the Account Lead/Decision Maker, eye care professionals (ECPs), and other store team members to meet shared objectives.
• Advocate for the launch of Alcon's digital platform and promote new prescriptions and subscriptions.
• Support ECPs in enhancing the consumer journey experience within their practices.
• Responsible for organizing fitting events to effectively aid the patient journey.
• Optimize Alcon's in-store visibility through point-of-sale materials and various visual merchandising initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with Senior Business Development Managers, Professional Education, and Marketing at a local level.
• A degree in business administration, complemented by extensive optical training or experience in the field.
• Opticians or optometrists with relevant commercial experience.
• Demonstrated agility and creativity in identifying solutions to address customer and company needs.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills across all levels.
• Solid commercial awareness and business acumen.
• A motivated and driven individual who can prove their ability to achieve significant results and contribute uniquely to this high-performing team.
