This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You oversee the daily operations at the Kronprinzenbau, managing appointment scheduling, patient flow, and capacity utilization in a structured and solution-oriented manner, closely collaborating with the team.
• You are accountable for creating staff schedules for our medical assistants (MFAs) and practice team, including duty rosters, coverage arrangements, and vacation planning.
• You coordinate facility management, including cleaning, equipment management (MTK/STK), and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• You are tasked with procuring medical devices, practice supplies, and consumables.
• You manage administrative duties that require attention but do not need to escalate to leadership.
• You act with discretion and reliability, addressing issues before they escalate.
• You serve as the liaison between the Kronprinzenbau and the GoMedicus headquarters, ensuring that information is communicated effectively, requests are fulfilled, and projects are not isolated.
• You assist in preparing reports, analyses, and presentations for executive management.
• You play an active role when additional regional sites are integrated into the hub or when new care services are launched, managing checklists, communication, and coordination.
• You possess a keen understanding of the operations of an effective practice.
• You support quality assurance initiatives and make initial decisions in response to complaints or unique cases.
• You are aware of the nuances of daily practice life and take proactive measures in response.
• Proven experience in practice management, medical/clinic assistance, health administration, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of the daily operations of a physician’s office, MVZ (medical care center), practice network, or analogous structures.
• Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong communication abilities when interacting with physicians, MFAs, patients, and administrative personnel.
• A practical, down-to-earth approach: you are action-oriented and not merely a theorist.
• Proficiency in German.
• Residency in the Neckar‑Alb region (Tübingen / Reutlingen / surrounding area) or a willingness to relocate.
