This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Support for Regional and Medical Leadership: You assist regional and medical leadership in their daily operations, including scheduling coordination, managing correspondence, and preparing meetings and decision documents.
• Practice Management & Operations: You oversee cross-practice processes within the Neckar-Alb region, which includes Tübingen, Reutlingen, and additional locations.
• Liaison to Head Office: You serve as the connection between our practices in Neckar-Alb and the GoMedicus headquarters, ensuring that information flows effectively, addressing enquiries, and preventing projects from becoming isolated.
• Quality & Patient Focus: You possess a solid understanding of how an efficiently run practice functions, recognizing when there are issues and proactively taking steps to resolve them.
• At least 2 years of experience in practice management, medical/clinic assistance, healthcare administration, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of the daily operations of a medical practice, medical care center (MVZ), practice network, or comparable structures.
• Strong organizational abilities, initiative, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with physicians, medical assistants (MFA), patients, and administrative personnel.
• Practical and down-to-earth: you are not just a 'concept person' but someone who is focused on execution.
• Proficiency in German.
• Residing in the Neckar-Alb region (Tübingen / Reutlingen / surrounding area) or a willingness to relocate.
