Practice Leader, Client Success

📋 Description

• Develop and expand a Client Success department from the ground up

• Articulate the vision, operational model, and implementation strategy for Client Success throughout the organization

• Determine how Lumelight enhances client value, fosters retention, and facilitates growth

• Directly oversee a portfolio of key clients and manage strategic accounts

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in establishing or scaling a Client Success function

• Background in a player/coach capacity

• Proven history of enhancing retention, growth, and client satisfaction on a large scale
