This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage practitioner relationships within a specified portfolio, facilitating onboarding, adoption, and ongoing growth by assisting practices in effectively integrating and optimizing Fullscript into their workflows.
• Oversee a range of practitioner accounts throughout the onboarding, growth, and retention phases.
• Conduct calls, meetings, and training sessions to enhance practitioners' understanding and utilization of the platform.
• Support practitioners during acquisition, adoption, and optimization phases by aligning Fullscript's capabilities with their workflows and objectives.
• Identify practitioners' needs, challenges, and opportunities through discovery and sustained engagement.
• Assist practitioners in advancing from initial usage to consistent and effective application.
• Maintain regular communication via email, phone, and virtual meetings to ensure engagement and progress.
• Record all practitioner interactions, activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Detect potential risks to adoption or engagement and take necessary actions to address or escalate them when required.
• Collect and communicate practitioner feedback, insights, and product-related observations to internal teams.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Fullscript’s product offerings, including supplements, diagnostics, wholesale, and integrations.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with practitioners to foster long-term engagement and retention.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or company events.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable client-facing position.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in conducting customer calls, training sessions, or presentations.
• Capacity to manage a portfolio of accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools.
• Ability to learn and apply product knowledge across various offerings.

• Bonus points for knowledge of practitioner workflows or clinical operations.
• Bonus points for experience in supporting adoption or behavioral change within customer accounts.
