Practice Education Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the delivery of exceptional educational experiences for both learners and faculty.

• Participate in the continuous evaluation of the program, accreditation SBL Outcomes, and learner performance metrics.

• Generate and submit analytical reports according to a schedule dictated by accreditation standards and/or institutional requirements.

• Conduct site-based vetting, approvals, and administrative tasks for learners.

• Approve and oversee affiliation requests.

• Manage the affiliation database while ensuring compliance with accreditor mandates.

• Collaborate with the SBL team, Academic Leadership Team, Program directors, and other assigned committees.

• Develop and deliver orientations and training sessions for SBL faculty and learners.

• Assist with specialized accreditation processes and maintain up-to-date learner manuals.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in clinical coordination or clinical placement within an academic or clinical environment.

• Proven experience in managing and collaborating with remote teams and within a matrix organizational structure is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in an accredited program or related field; online higher education teaching experience is preferred.

• Must possess an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license (preferably from a compact state).

• An earned doctorate from a regionally accredited institution in Nursing or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Must maintain clinical practice as required by state licensure, AANP, and/or ANCC.

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time is necessary.

• Capability to lift 25 lbs. is required.
