This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead a region within Ping Identity’s Professional Services team.
• Generate bookings and enhance services revenue by collaborating with regional Sales leadership.
• Participate in pre-sales initiatives, articulate the value of services, define the scope of engagements, and drive PS bookings.
• Oversee the creation of service proposals, Statements of Work, and staffing strategies for intricate enterprise deals.
• Contribute to the growth of the pipeline and service attachment through thought leadership, go-to-market strategies, and enablement efforts.
• Develop delivery models and establish operational interlocks with strategic partners under a “Partner First” approach.
• Supervise partner onboarding, certification, delivery quality, and performance metrics.
• Work in conjunction with Product and CX teams to enhance health scores, onboarding processes, and partner performance metrics.
• Manage the delivery of professional services engagements throughout the Americas.
• Create scalable and repeatable delivery models while mitigating delivery risks.
• Lead regional involvement in global programs such as CX Accelerate, AI automation, and onboarding initiatives.
• Mentor, inspire, and manage delivery managers, project leaders, consultants, and solution principals.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, customer focus, career development, coaching, and performance management.
• A minimum of 10 years in Professional Services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position within software or cloud delivery.
• Demonstrated capability to forge strong sales partnerships and drive Professional Services revenue in a pre-sales context.
• Proven experience with partner ecosystems and co-delivery frameworks.
• A history of managing delivery organizations with measurable enhancements in margin, utilization, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Proficient in navigating complex client environments and managing executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong skills in people leadership and organizational development.
• Experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or cloud platforms is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Americas up to 30% of the time.
