This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take full ownership of the P&L for the Practice Area.
• Establish and track revenue, margin, and pipeline objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership and sellers to enhance pipeline growth.
• Create and uphold a cohesive go-to-market strategy for the Practice Area.
• Empower Sales and Marketing with propositions focused on outcomes.
• Define the strategic vision and continually adapt the service portfolio in areas such as AI adoption, productivity, and communications.
• Responsible for ensuring quality delivery and positive customer outcomes across all projects and managed services.
• Guide, mentor, and develop the three Practice Leads.
• Foster a high-performance culture, address skill gaps, support training and recruitment efforts, and ensure effective succession planning within the Practice Area.
• Significant experience in IT services or consulting, including senior leadership roles within a practice or service line.
• P&L accountability or substantial revenue/target ownership in the current position.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft’s Cloud, Data/AI, or Modern Workplace solutions.
• Demonstrated capability to drive sales pipeline in collaboration with sales teams.
• Supervise delivery quality within their area of expertise.
• Strong leadership experience – managing teams and nurturing talent.
• Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions with sales, delivery, and partners.
• A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset – enthusiastic about managing their own business within a larger framework.
• Willing to transition from a larger, established company for a more significant role with greater autonomy and influence.
