Practice Development Manager, Consumables

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Achieving sales and utilization quota goals within the designated territory.

• Responsible for effective territory penetration, coverage, and account identification to boost sales and expand the customer base.

• Delivering training sessions, presentations, and demonstrations to customers regarding the application and usage of the company’s products.

• Informing customers about the indications, contraindications, and safety associated with Company products.

• Supporting marketing initiatives, including website and microsite development, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing strategies.

• Organizing regional training workshops and participating in tradeshows within the territory.

• Fulfilling administrative duties, which include periodic business plans and weekly expense reports.

• Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, pharmacy, business-related fields, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is preferred.

• 2-4 years of proven success in selling medical products or services to physicians and/or other healthcare providers is preferred.

• Direct customer experience with plastic surgeons and the dermatology audience is preferred.

• Experience in selling consumables is preferred.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with employees at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service and support.

• Capability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management, and/or large groups.

• A positive attitude and a passion for working in the aesthetic field.

• Proficiency in using word processing and database applications, along with various software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with FDA GMPs.
