This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Meeting sales and utilization targets in the designated territory.
• Responsible for executing effective territory penetration, coverage, and account identification to boost sales and expand the customer base for the Company’s consumables.
• Delivering training, presentations, and product demonstrations to customers, utilizing effective communication and sales techniques.
• Informing customers about the indications, contraindications, and safety of Company products, and demonstrating how they meet customer needs.
• Assisting customers with marketing strategies, which include but are not limited to website and microsite development, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing strategies.
• Supporting and facilitating the organization of regional training workshops and trade shows within the territory.
• Planning sales calls and managing time efficiently to maximize customer contact and deliver top-notch customer service.
• Completing administrative duties including periodic business plans, weekly expense reports, maintaining up-to-date territory account profiles, and managing the customer database.
• Overseeing daily sales administration activities in a detailed and timely manner, such as updates and data entry in Salesforce.com.
• Keeping informed about the industry and competitive products.
• Building and nurturing supportive, productive, and effective relationships at all organizational levels.
• Engaging in industry-related trade shows and meetings.
• Adhering to all relevant quality and regulatory guidelines as a core part of business operations.
• Maintaining consistent communication with the Regional Practice Manager and Area Sales Manager regarding all territory and regional matters, including accurate forecasting.
• Exhibiting a strong work ethic while representing the Company with integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism at all times.
• A Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• 2-4 years of proven success in selling medical products or services to physicians and/or other healthcare providers is preferred.
• Direct customer engagement with the plastic surgery and dermatology sectors is preferred.
• Experience in selling consumables is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with all employee levels.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and support for the integration of the CoolSculpting Procedure, ensuring high levels of customer and patient satisfaction.
• High accountability, reliability, and responsiveness are essential.
• Capable of delivering effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management, and/or large audiences.
• Ability to thoroughly understand and articulate the attributes and qualities of Company products using professional selling and closing techniques.
• A positive attitude and passion for working in the aesthetic field.
• Competency in using word processing and database applications, as well as various software programs like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills for schedule management and follow-up are necessary.
• Familiarity with FDA GMPs is required.
• Ability to operate in a controlled environment regulated by FDA GMPs.
• Required to have a home office setup with reliable high-speed internet access.
• Willingness to travel to adequately cover the region, which may include multiple overnight stays, attending trade shows, and participating in corporate and training meetings.
• A valid driver’s license issued by the state/province of residence and a clean driving record are required.
