This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Achieving sales targets and utilization quotas within the designated territory.
• Accountable for effective territory penetration, coverage, and account identification to boost sales and expand the customer base for the company’s consumables.
• Delivering training, presentations, and demonstrations to customers regarding the application and usage of the company's products, utilizing effective communication and sales techniques.
• Informing customers about the indications, contraindications, and safety of the company's products, and how they meet customer needs.
• Assisting and educating customers on marketing strategies, including but not limited to website and microsite development, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing efforts.
• Supporting and facilitating the execution of regional training workshops and trade shows within the territory and surrounding areas.
• Planning sales calls in advance and maintaining efficient time management skills to maximize customer contact and ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Completing administrative tasks such as periodic business plans, weekly expense reports, maintaining updated territory account profiles, and customer databases.
• Managing daily sales administrative activities promptly and accurately, including updates and data entry in Salesforce.com.
• Keeping abreast of industry developments and competitive products.
• Building and sustaining supportive, productive, and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
• Participating in industry-related trade shows and meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality and regulatory standards as a core component of business operations.
• Maintaining regular communication with the Regional Practice Manager and Area Sales Manager regarding all territory and regional matters, including accurate forecasting.
• Exhibiting a strong work ethic and representing the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism at all times.
• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• 2-4 years of demonstrated success in selling medical products or services to physicians and/or other healthcare providers is preferred.
• Direct customer experience with plastic surgeons and the dermatology audience is preferred.
• Experience in selling consumables is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with employees at all levels.
• Proven capacity to provide a high level of customer service and support to ensure practice integration of the CoolSculpting Procedure and maintain high customer/patient satisfaction.
• High accountability, reliability, and responsiveness are essential.
• Ability to deliver effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physicians, management, and/or large groups.
• Capability to thoroughly understand and articulate the attributes and qualities of company products using professional selling and closing skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for working in the aesthetic field are essential.
• Proficiency in word processing, database applications, and various software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Strong organizational skills regarding schedule management and follow-up are necessary.
• Knowledge of FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) is required.
• Ability to operate in a controlled environment regulated by FDA GMPs is necessary.
• Home office capability is required with reliable high-speed internet access.
• A valid driver's license issued by the state/province of residence, along with a good driving record, is required.
• Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with FDA’s Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO13485, the Canadian Medical Device Regulations, and all other international regulatory requirements applicable to Allergan.
