📋 Description

• Assist in managing the various stages of the performance cycle for the trainees.

• Monitor the training cycle of the trainees, ensuring they meet their learning milestones.

• Collaborate in the co-creation of educational materials for the trainees' training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a final year or semester student of Psychology or Business Engineering.

• Must have student insurance provided by your educational institution.

• Availability for a minimum of 3 months to undertake the internship.
