This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Examine feature usage, adoption, and activation metrics to gain insights into user engagement with Sezzle's product suite.
• Detect trends across user groups to highlight strong engagement areas, identify drop-off points, and understand the reasons behind them.
• Extract insights from current dashboards and reports to inform updates to growth strategies.
• Convert raw data into clear and concise summaries for actionable insights for Product and Marketing teams.
• Design and evaluate in-app and external surveys to grasp user motivations, friction points, and awareness gaps.
• Integrate qualitative feedback from sources like NPS, in-app tools, and user interviews into recurring themes and opportunities.
• Assist in managing our Customer Advisory Board, a monthly forum with shoppers aged 18–25 to collect feedback on our developments.
• Act as a continuous monitor for live marketing and product tests, overseeing what's active, what metrics are being tracked, and the timing of results availability.
• Summarize test outcomes with an emphasis on engagement, feature usage, and repeat interaction.
• Keep a detailed log of test findings to ensure the team has a trustworthy record of what has been attempted and learned.
• Aid in updating growth strategy documentation by verifying data, insights, and current messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to validate what is currently active and what insights have been gained.
• Conduct competitive research, examining features one-by-one to understand the positioning of similar products, particularly regarding their appeal to younger audiences.
• Develop clear, reusable documentation that encapsulates findings from data analysis, surveys, and test results.
• Organize and sustain insight references utilized by Product Marketing, MarComms, and Product teams.
• Ensure internal materials accurately represent current user sentiment and behavioral trends.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business, Product, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Excellent organizational and documentation capabilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate vague guidance into definitive next steps.
• Competence in analyzing basic datasets and recognizing patterns or themes.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Prior internship experience or coursework in marketing, product, research, or operations.
• Awareness of lifecycle marketing concepts, experimentation, or user journeys.
• Familiarity with AI tools; experience with Claude is particularly beneficial for this role, along with general comfort in AI-assisted research, writing, and analysis.
• Interest in fintech, consumer applications, or e-commerce.
• You are between 18 and 25 years old and possess a genuine perspective on being a Gen Z consumer.
