Pracownik Działu Rozliczeń, Billing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Processing invoices within the system, including gathering documentation that confirms delivery or transport.

• Verifying the compliance of raw material specifications with invoices from contractors.

• Issuing corrections and debit notes.

• Monitoring rates for raw materials and transport within the system.

• Invoicing raw materials and transport during designated billing cycles.

• Archiving documents in accordance with established procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a similar position.

• Secondary or higher education (preferred fields: economics, accounting).

• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite.

• Planning and analytical skills.

• Excellent organization and commitment to assigned responsibilities.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
