PR Delivery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee leave claims, appeals, escalations, and project-related tasks

• Partner with clients, internal teams, and vendors to guarantee seamless service delivery

• Address employee issues and escalations alongside client managers and end clients

• Compile detailed appeal packets that summarize case histories and documentation

• Manage leave information for assigned accounts while fostering customer relationships and expectations

• Deliver comprehensive claim management, encompassing pay and leave instructions

• Secure and evaluate updated medical evidence that supports leave requests

• Assess eligibility criteria

• Monitor stand-alone leaves and those concurrently running with FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and Short-Term Disability

• Resolve issues within the scope of authority and escalate other matters to management

• Assist the Intake/Customer Service team in the Call Center as required

• Generate monthly and quarterly activity reports, including case management data, for management review prior to client delivery

• Emphasize continuous improvement and exceptional client service

• Equivalent experience may be accepted as an alternative to a bachelor’s degree in business

• Bachelor’s degree in business

• Capacity to learn and implement new skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word

• Ability to navigate Alight’s proprietary systems and online tools

• Knowledgeable about leave-of-absence processing and customer service functions

• Familiar with advanced customer service principles

• Understanding of telephone etiquette

• Skilled in interacting professionally with executives, managers, legal professionals, and subject matter experts

• Ability to consistently prioritize tasks and effectively manage substantial work volumes within performance standards

• Work authorization in the Employing Country without the need for current or future visa sponsorship

• Successful completion of a background check, as applicable to the role

• Ability to participate in video-based virtual interviews with the camera on
