This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop multichannel strategies that contribute to achieving client objectives across all funnel stages.
• Manage PPC campaigns: Create, implement, and optimize effective campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms essential for campaign success.
• Ongoing optimization: Regularly analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and apply best optimization practices.
• Audience segmentation: Design target audiences and select the appropriate ad formats for each platform to ensure campaign success.
• A/B testing: Execute A/B tests to identify key variables and continuously enhance campaign performance.
• Create and implement a measurement plan: "What isn't measured doesn't exist, and therefore cannot be improved."
• Proficiency in tag management tools (GTM, Tealium IQ).
• Data analysis: Utilize analytical tools to assess campaign performance, derive insights, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Budget maintenance: Efficiently manage allocated advertising budgets, optimizing return on investment (ROI) and minimizing costs.
• Stay updated with trends: Keep informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, PPC, and advertising technologies to keep the agency's commercial team informed.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure an integrated marketing strategy.
• Support the Project Managers and New Business team in developing proposals to attract new clients for the agency.
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in managing PPC and Paid Media campaigns.
• Expert-level knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter, Spotify, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools and conversion tracking.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Certifications in Google Ads, GTM, GA4, or other advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising will be considered an asset.
• Fully remote position with hours aligned to Argentina (8 AM to 5 PM).
