This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Develop, initiate, and oversee digital advertising campaigns from inception to reporting.
• Handle campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, with potential involvement in additional platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing.
• Track campaign performance and implement adjustments to enhance outcomes.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations across designated client accounts.
• Optimize campaigns by modifying:
• - Audience or keyword targeting
• - Ad creative and messaging
• - Recommendations for landing pages
• - Bid strategies and placements
• - Budget distribution and tactical settings
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
• Establish and maintain conversion tracking utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
• Ensure precise tracking of conversions, including form submissions, phone calls, purchases, and other engagement actions.
• Leverage campaign data to inform optimization tactics and reporting.
• Deliver regular performance insights and clear communication points to account managers regarding campaign activities, outcomes, and subsequent steps.
• Engage in internal meetings and collaborate with team members to support the overarching campaign strategy.
• Maintain prompt communication through email, chat, and project management tools.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly focusing on Google paid advertising.
• Over 1 year of experience managing campaigns aimed at the US market.
• Strong grasp of digital advertising performance metrics and campaign optimization techniques.
• Experience with digital marketing tools including:
• - Google Ads
• - Google Analytics
• - Google Tag Manager
• - Ads Offline Editor
• - Search Console
• - Data Studio / Looker Studio
• - SEMRush
• - CallRail
• - Unbounce
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution in digital campaigns.
• Capability to analyze campaign performance data and convert insights into actionable improvements.
• Advanced English proficiency for professional communication and reporting.
