This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Take ownership and lead the roadmap for AMC testing and audience strategy.
• Determine the audiences and customer segments that should be prioritized for testing.
• Create and analyze audience segments within Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC).
• Uncover opportunities for remarketing, audience expansion, and optimizing the customer journey.
• Generate insights driven by AMC to enhance the performance of Amazon Ads and DSP.
• Activate AMC audiences within Sponsored Ads and/or DSP campaigns.
• Design and implement structured audience and incrementality tests.
• Assess the impact of tests and propose scalable follow-up actions.
• Convert complex data into straightforward commercial recommendations and actionable strategies.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC).
• In-depth understanding of Amazon PPC and/or Amazon DSP.
• Proven experience in building, activating, and analyzing audiences within AMC.
• Familiarity with running and evaluating AMC-led tests across SP and/or DSP campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• A commercial mindset that links data to performance outcomes.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred experience working with e-commerce brands or Amazon-focused agencies.
