This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develop, initiate, and enhance PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads.
• Oversee campaigns for hotels, resorts, and various accommodation providers in both domestic and international markets.
• Formulate strategies focused on destination searches, hotel and accommodation keywords, seasonal travel trends, events, and high-intent booking phrases.
• Boost direct hotel bookings while minimizing dependence on OTAs like Booking.com and Expedia.
• Manage brand, non-brand, competitor, remarketing, Performance Max, display, and paid social campaigns.
• Perform keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor assessments within the travel and accommodation sector.
• Optimize campaigns based on metrics such as bookings, revenue, conversion rates, cost per booking, CPA, and ROAS.
• Analyze the entire booking funnel, from initial search or ad interaction to completed reservation.
• Manage budgets and modify spending according to seasonality, occupancy needs, booking timelines, and campaign performance.
• Craft engaging, destination-oriented ad copy and collaborate on creative materials and hotel promotions.
• Create campaigns that highlight accommodation packages, special deals, direct-booking advantages, and seasonal travel experiences.
• Implement and manage conversion tracking, remarketing audiences, attribution, and analytics.
• Design and execute A/B tests across ads, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
• Prepare concise performance reports and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders and hotel partners.
• Stay updated with advancements in paid media, travel trends, and shifts in traveler search and booking behavior.
• Proven experience in managing effective PPC or paid media campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong comprehension of e-commerce conversion funnels, online bookings, and revenue-driven optimization.
• Experience with Performance Max, remarketing, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Robust analytical abilities and the capacity to translate campaign data into actionable business decisions.
• Confidence in managing multiple campaigns, properties, destinations, and stakeholder priorities.
• Exceptional written communication and ad copywriting skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, handle a substantial workload, and communicate proactively in a remote setting.
• Google Ads certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in hotels, accommodation, travel, tourism, hospitality technology, booking engines, or online travel agencies will be highly valued.
