This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Take ownership of the client relationship internally, ensuring that all services provided align with our partnership objectives.
• Adopt a comprehensive perspective on the role, focusing not only on PPC but also considering all services offered to our clients.
• Manage 100% of client communications, clearly and accurately setting client expectations. A response time of within 1 hour during mandatory working hours is expected.
• Develop, launch, and oversee Amazon PPC advertising campaigns to achieve clients’ objectives.
• Diligently monitor PPC expenditures and budgets to optimize profitability.
• Conduct keyword research for new products set to launch and update existing products to keep pace with trends.
• Keep an eye on competitors and Amazon trends to ensure we are providing the most effective approach for our clients.
• Evaluate past performance of our brands to ensure we meet expectations, as well as identify potential performance issues early on.
• Analyze, interpret, and formulate action plans based on daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports focusing on key performance indicators aligned with our clients’ objectives.
• Utilize Bulk Sheets to enhance optimization, understanding various reports to implement new growth strategies and generate reports.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Data Analysts, Brand Managers, and PPC Managers while owning account strategies and fulfilling expectations.
• Deliver top-quality services (5/5) to meet high standards of customer satisfaction.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience in a strategic role.
• Experience in an agency setting managing multiple brands concurrently (mandatory).
• Demonstrated success in managing medium to large budgets (over $50k spent per month).
• Extensive knowledge of Amazon PPC, organic ranking, and listing optimization.
• Proficient English skills: at least B2 level for comfortable client communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities (including presentations and reports).
